Native image editor expansion

We've expanded our native image editor to include thumbnails for video and audio objects.

Session Facilitators variable update

We have added ‘(Listed)’ to the end of the Session Facilitators variable, available in Session Reminder emails, to highlight that the session facilitators will be presented as a bulletpoint list.

Posts and Announcements Update

We have updated our Posts and Announcements feature to allow Coordinators to post on behalf of another Program Team Member. When creating a post Coordinators will see a new ‘From’ dropdown, where they can select which Program Team member this post will be attributed to.

Attendance Sign In Sheet

We have created a session specific, downloadable sign in sheet for Facilitators to use to attendance. To enable the sign in sheet the session must have ‘Mark attendance’ turned on in their completion rule setup. You can then access this sign in sheet via the Calendar tab in Deliver view, by clicking the three dots on the Mark Attendance button for that session, and selecting ‘Print Sign In Sheet’, the sheet will then auto download as a PDF, pre-populated with the program Learners names.
 

Template Banner

We have added a new banner when you enter a Program Template. This banner acts as a reminder that you are in a Program Template, rather than an enrollable program, and that all changes will be reflected in any future copies of this Template.
