Sales Dashboards
We have introduced a Sales Dashboard feature, within the Sales & Finance tab.
You can now see your platform's sales data in a dashboard format, which includes:

• Overall Sales - Overall data on all sales made on the platform, including sales amounts, enrolments, fees, performance, programs, and billing entities
• Sales by Customer - Sales data for the specific customer entities that own programs
• Sales by Org Unit - Sales data for the specific internal org units which deliver programs
• Sales by Curriculum Category - Sales data for the specific curriculum category each program is tagged with
• Sales by Sales Person - Sales grouped by the rep who closed the order; this does not include customer self-service purchases

Sales Report Enhancements
Transaction Items - Can now be filtered by Program Category and Program Tags
Transactions - Transaction Origin Type filter options expanded

Application feature enhancements
We have added a few updates to the Admin end of Applications:
Applications are now visible in User Admin - You can now see a Learner's applications in their profile in User Admin. Applications with a status of Draft or Withdrawn cannot be viewed, but those which are Successful or Pending can be accessed.

Application report
We have also introduced an exportable application report, available on a program-by-program basis in the Program Delivery: Applications tab. Report fields can also be customised, and will adapt to match the fields of the Application Form. 

Program Completion Email - Badge Certificates now attached
We have introduced the capability to attach Badge Certificates to the Program Completion emails sent to learners. These certificates will only be attached if the program badging settings are set to Automatic Badging upon Program Completion.

New Variables added to the Certificate of Completion Template
We have introduced several new variables to the Certificate of Completion template; these include:

• Graded Program Outcome - if the program was graded, this adds the assigned outcome to the certificate
• User Profile Licence Number - if the Licence Number field is enabled and populated in the user's profile, this adds their licence number
• Program Location Title - If the program has a Physical Location in the Program Settings, this will add the Location Title

Marking Complete Popup
When you manually mark a learner complete, you must now approve the action twice, as a reminder that it cannot be undone.

Program Copy Process Updated
The Program Copy process has been updated; it now includes:
A breakdown of what is, and is not, included in a Program Copy
A progress bar while the copy is being created
A summary when completed
And a log of the items copied, including a downloadable CSV report
