Pathways – Learner View
The learner experience for pathways has been redesigned to make it clearer what's left to complete. Progress rings now replace the old progress readout on My Learning rows, and the level menu shows a count of required badges not yet earned. This count updates if a badge expires, not just when a new one is earned.
On mobile, pathways now open to an introduction view with a level switcher. Single-level pathways display inline, points only appear where a portal has points enabled, and the leaderboard now counts active, assigned learners only.

Pathways –Admin View
The Pathways admin area has been rebuilt from the ground up. Admins now work through a three-step editor:

• Details – summarises the pathway's structure and runs a Pathway Check, which flags any topics without badges or badges with no active programs before the pathway goes live.
• Settings – holds the title, URL, description, progression method, leaderboard, and languages.
• Assignment – covers group assignment, individual assignment, and a full assignees report. This step stays locked until the pathway is active, so learners can't be assigned to an unfinished pathway.

Other improvements in this area include:

• Levels can now be reordered by drag and drop, with a live badge count shown on each level.
• A new badge health panel shows earned, expiring soon, and expired badges across the whole pathway.
• The assignees report supports saved filters and can be exported as a CSV of every matching learner.
• Pathway URLs are now shareable URLs that can be bookmarked or reloaded safely.
• A collapsible help column is available on every step of the editor.

Application Forms
The application forms list has a few new additions: a Who Edited column showing the editor's avatar and email, and a filter panel covering created date, last edited date, editor, and status, with removable filter chips. The table now scrolls sideways, and the Preview option only appears once a form has at least one question.
The form builder itself has moved from a single scrolling page to a guided, three-step wizard: Settings, Questions, and Preview, each with its own help column. Draft forms now save only when you press the save button, while active forms continue to save automatically as you go. Questions are saved as soon as they're confirmed, since a question has no draft state.
