Product Enhancement

Report Updates

We've enhanced our reporting functionality with several updates to make it easier to find and export the data you need.

Reports Updates and UI Enhancements

  • Standardised report names across the platform
  • Added new fields and columns to:
    • Learner Enrolment Report
    • Program Summary Report
  • New filter options available:
    • Access Close Date
    • Delivery Mode
    • User Status (Learner Enrolment Report only)
  • Additional export fields now include:
    • Access Close Date
    • Program Tags
  • New CSV export added to the Badges tab (exports badges based on current search and filters)

 

Table Updates

We have made changes and updates to several tables across the platform:

  • Program Delivery: The tables in the My Programs tab have been made sortable.
  • User Admin: All tables in the Users tab have been made sortable.
  • Active Badge Points: If enabled on platform, Active Badge points will now display as a column in the Class List table. These points will also display in the learner's Enrolment Record and the Class List export. The number displayed will only show active points; expired points will not display.
      

Connect with Guroo - Technical Support
Connect with Guroo is a brand new feature which allows for easier access to technical support, and communication with the Guroo support team, this feature is accessible by the Guroo icon at the bottom of your Left hand Platform Menu.
 

This feature has been developed to improve the organisation and accessibility of support resources. This update introduces a new permission-based feedback system that routes users to appropriate feedback channels based on their role and permissions, either to a dedicated feedback form or to the Gateway enquiries system.

Depending on platform setup and user roles permissions, Connect with Guroo can feature 3 pages:

  • Help: Contains links to our Knowledge Base, and our website's Customer Education section. If you wish to enable this page, please contact the Guroo team.
  • Academy Support: Contains an embedded form which will be sent directly to our support systems enquiries inbox. Responses to these enquiries will require the platform to have an enquiries inbox configured, so this feature will not be automatically applied to existing customers. If you wish to enable this page, please contact the Guroo team.
  • Feedback: Contains an embedded feedback form, which will send directly to our team for consideration when it comes to planning our product roadmap and improving our platform. This page will be automatically enabled for all users who have Program Team platform permissions and above, it will not be enabled for Learners. If you wish to change this, please contact the Guroo Team.
