The Cohort page is a directory of the participants enrolled in a program. For privacy reasons, participants must “opt-in” to display their details here.

To be visible in the Cohort, all participants must opt in via their Share Settings. 

Once participants have enabled their profiles, their profile details (including any field enabled in your platform’s user profile) are visible in the Cohort tab.

The Cohort tab can contain multiple sub-sections, depending on the Program Settings enabled:

• Participants - other learners who have enabled their profiles in the directory
• Social Learning Groups - any social learning groups which have been set up, including Alumni groups
• Work Groups - if any work groups have been created, learners will be able to see their group members here
