What is the resources page?

HOW?

The Resources page collates all the program resources into one spot for easy searching. Program resources are:

  • videos
  • links
  • documents
  • diagrams

The Resources page includes:

Search/Filters - this allows participants to search for specific resources, or filter them by Facilitator or Session

Add Resource button - this button is available to Facilitators, so that they can add their own resources as required. For example, if a specific website is referenced during a session, the Facilitator can add a link to the website.

This screenshot shows the facilitator view of a program with the 'resources' tab in the left menu selected. Once this tab is selected, a drop-down menu appears with the filtering options for finding resources. These are resource types: "all, document, diagram, link, video, audio podcast. In the main window of the screen, the resources are listed. There are links and documents from the course that can be accessed here. In the top right, there is an 'add resource' button selected that demonstrates how a facilitator can add a new resource to their program.

 

When uploading the resource, you will choose which section you want the resource to append to. The resource will then appear in the optional resources tab of the selected section.

 

HOW?

Enable Resources via the toggle in Program Settings.

Any video, link, document or diagram in your program will automatically appear in the Resources page.
