Platform Reports are available to Platform Admins and can be accessed via the Reports tab in the left-hand navigation panel of your platform.
Below is an overview of each available report:

| Program Progress Dashboard | This report displays the same dashboard found within each individual course. It provides a detailed view of learner progress within a specific program, making it easy to track completion rates, engagement, and overall performance at the program level. |
| Program Summary Report | This report provides a high-level summary of your programs, including key details such as the number of enrolled learners, program start and end dates, and other basic program information. It’s useful for quickly reviewing and exporting program-level data. |
| Badge Progress Report | This report allows you to view and export information about badges that have been issued to learners. It provides a record of which learners have received which badges, along with other badging criteria. |
| Session Attendance Report | This report allows you to view and export attendance data for scheduled sessions. You can filter by course and see detailed attendance records, with each learner represented as a separate row. It’s useful for tracking participation and maintaining accurate attendance records across programs. |
| User Activity Report | This report provides an overview of learner information and activity on the platform, including user profile information, course enrolment count, last login date, and current user status. |
| User Program Report | This report provides a comprehensive view of an individual learner’s journey through a program, including key milestones such as first access, onboarding completion, assessment status, performance metrics like grades and scores, and so much more. |

| Digital Experience Report | This report provides detailed analytics on user progress, misconceptions, question-level responses, and performance metrics to give a clear view of the learning experience. |
| Email Sent Log | The Email Sent Log is a tool that allows you to search email history by recipient, enabling accurate tracking and easy reference. |
Each report offers the flexibility to customise the information you receive by selecting specific Report Fields, allowing you to tailor the report to include only the most relevant data. Additionally, you can apply Filters to narrow down the results, making it easier to focus on the exact information you need.
If you want to preserve your customised report settings for future reference, simply use the Save button. This enables you to quickly access and run your saved report whenever needed, saving time and ensuring consistency in your reporting.
