The class list allows you to view learners and other users in your program based on certain categories.
You can find the Class List in Deliver view, under Manage Cohorts:
The available views are as follows:
| Category | Description |
| Enrolled Learners | Track active learners, their progress, and enrol new participants. |
| Program Applications | View and manage program applications, if enabled. |
| Pending Payments | Track learners who are yet to finalise payment. |
| Program Team | View and manage facilitators and coordinators, including who appears in onboarding/catalogue and upcoming session details (if applicable). |
| Coach | Manage and assign coaches. |
| Learner Observers | Distinguish observers from active learners. Observers will not appear in dashboards or reports. |
| Withdrawn Enrolments | View past participants whose enrolments have been withdrawn, this includes learners who have cancelled their enrolments. |
| All Program Users | Access and export all enrolled users. |
